Generally speaking, innovation refers to the activities of human beings to continuously expand the process and results of the objective world and its own cognition and behavior in order to meet their own needs; or to be more specific, innovation means that people follow the law of development of things for a certain purpose , An activity that changes the whole of things or some parts of them so that they can be updated and developed. Schumpeter is the originator of innovation theory. He believes that economic development is always manifested in the form of destroying the operating procedures of the old economy, and the "prime power" of the market economy is the innovation of enterprises. One of the basic characteristics of innovation is to create new value. Seven basic leadership and innovation skills: 1. Good at finding opportunities 2. Good at critical thinking 3. Good at learning to stand in the perspective of customers 4. Keep up with the trend 5. Cultivate creativity 6. Good at teamwork 7. An empty mindset (the prerequisite for doing things is to have a good mindset, if you want to learn more, you must first think of yourself as "an empty cup", not arrogant and complacent) Innovation is not only a person's business, but also not only a department's work, but a strategic choice for the entire company! If the company wants to develop, it must be innovated. In the past, we have used patience and perseverance for fifteen years. Now we have to use innovation and confidence to move toward the next fifteen years, and always maintain the company's competitive advantage in the new situation!
