The Double-shots IMR process is a molding method in which the printed decorative sheet is placed in the mold in advance, and two different color plastics are injected into the same mold after preforming. The order of injection is determined according to the position of the foil film. It can make the plastic parts appear in two different colors, and can make the plastic parts show regular patterns or irregular patterns, so as to improve the practicability and aesthetics of the plastic parts. After the pattern on the foil film is transferred to the surface of the plastic product, the surface of the product has no substrate.
