To ensure the quality of IMR products, effectively improve product quality, implement standardized operating procedures, prevent product quality anomalies, enhance quality awareness among all employees, and strengthen the company's market competitiveness, IMR-Tech launched the Quality Month campaign with the theme "Quality in My Hands, Responsibility in My Heart" on March 11.

The conference commenced in a solemn atmosphere. Chairman Jerryjoe delivered an opening address, profoundly elaborating on the strategic significance of quality for corporate development. In the current environment of increasingly fierce market competition and escalating customer demands, quality is no longer simply a synonym for product conformity; it is the concentrated embodiment of a company's core competitiveness and the key to supporting high-quality development. IMR products are all appearance parts, which create the first impression for consumers, making quality extremely important. True quality is created through manufacturing, not inspection. Only by deeply embedding the quality concept in the mind and externalizing it in action, with the goal of "not accepting, not manufacturing, and not releasing" defective products, can progress be made. Starting from the perspective of everyone being a consumer, Mr. Qiao pointed out that "everyone is a participant in quality, and everyone is a beneficiary of quality." He called upon all personnel to actively offer suggestions and implement reward mechanisms to ensure further improvement of product quality.

Bin Shen from the Quality Department elaborated in detail on the activity plan for this Quality Month, clarifying the theme, objectives, implementation steps, and safeguard measures. The aim is to further strengthen the quality awareness, responsibility awareness, and problem awareness of all employees through comprehensive and multi-level activities, enhance their practical ability to identify quality risks and solve quality problems, promote the continuous optimization of the existing quality system, and improve customer satisfaction and product competitiveness.
There are no trivial matters when it comes to quality; responsibility is paramount. Quality improvement has never been just a slogan, but is integrated into every detail and every operation of daily work. IMR will take this Quality Month as a new starting point, internalize quality awareness in the heart and externalize it in action.
